Villa Details :

Casa Pierre was built and completed at the end of 2006.

Furnished to a high standard, ground floor accommodation comprises a large open plan living area with satellite television system, air-conditioning and separate dining area. There is a large kitchen containing all domestic appliances, including, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas hob etc. All areas have separate balconies with pleasant views. The ground floor also has a wc with shower.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms
(the master double room has full en-suite bathroom facilities). There is also a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and balconies. Air-conditioning is installed in all bedrooms.

From the first floor there is a door which takes you up a full sized staircase to the roof terrace, where you can spend plenty of time soaking up the sun and the magnificent views from this vantage point.

Car hire is recommended, as it will not only easily get you to the villa from the nearest airport, Faro which is about 40 minutes away, but will help you explore this beautiful stretch of the Algarve. When not in use, the car can be parked in the double sized garage with electric door opener which is located at the basement of the villa.

There is a bus stop situated opposite the villa along the quiet road we are located on, which will take you into Ferregudo itself or further into Portimao.
